For verification purposes, you MUST provide the exact BILLING address  your statement is mailed to for credit card orders.

Minimum Order:
Approximately $100.00 Minimum Order — (minimum amounts apply BEFORE shipping!) We also accept pre-orders 2-3 months before your requested delivery date.

Prices & Availability:
Wholesale Prices are generally 50% off our Retail Prices.
Prices and product availability are subject to change.

Federal Tax ID#:
We are required to have your Federal Tax ID# or sales tax license # on file when you place an order as well as the address and name of your business.

Shipping Time:
Approx. 1 to 2 weeks
Orders are filled in the sequence in which they are received.
Allow approximately 1 week turn around time, and during the busy season, please allow 3 weeks or more.
We start receiving "pre-orders" scheduled for Christmas delivery during the summer months, so please order EARLY!!!
Please allow ample time when ordering. If you have a deadline, please let us know, we will do our best to meet the date.

Shipping & Handling Charges:
Shipping and Handling Charges of approximately 10-15% will be added to your invoice. Orders are shipped via First class USPS, Priority Mail if requested for and additional $4.00.

• Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. A charge from Scarves by Margaret will appear on your statement.
  
• PayPal: We will send a request for money when the order is finalized.
  
• Pre-paid Orders: Please make checks or Money orders payable to: Scarves by Margaret. Orders paid by check will ship no sooner than 10 business days AFTER receipt of your payment and the Check has cleared the bank.
  
• COD: Sorry we do not ship COD or establish credit accounts.

Returned Checks:
A $25.00 fee will be assessed for each returned check, along with any other fees associated with the collection of your payment.

Damages:
Please inform us immediately of any damages and we will assist you in filing a claim. Claims must be made directly to the delivering carrier. Damages or losses during transit are beyond our control. Packages are shipped INSURED. You MUST save your original carton, damaged items, and packing slip in order to process a claim.

Returns:
Any errors in shipment must be reported to us within 5 days. No returns without prior authorization. S/H Fees are NOT refundable. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
